Celebration is a unique and desirable master-planned community minutes from Walt Disney World. The community offers easy access to downtown Orlando, Disney, and other popular tourist destinations. It consists of 10 unique "villages," each with its own character, amenities, and architecture. You'll find luxurious single-family homes, modern condominiums, beautiful estate homes, and jaw-dropping mansions. Some villages have Colonial architecture with a traditional southern feel, and others are modern, with palm tree-lined streets and contemporary architectural designs. The Village of Celebration was the first to be developed and is where you’ll find the Town Center and the highest population density, so there are more businesses and condominiums. The Town Center, located along Celebration Avenue and Front Street on the northern shoreline of Lake Rianhard, is the primary business area. This is where you’ll find many fantastic restaurants and shops, plus the beautiful lakefront promenade and Lakeside Park. The Town Center and Lakeside Park are the main gathering places for this tight-knit community and the site of anticipated events like the 4th of July fireworks on the lake, Oktoberfest, Founders Day, Now Snowing, Food Truck Fridays, and a weekly Farmer's Market.

Celebration is a unique and highly sought-after community located approximately 22 miles south of Orlando. Celebration’s residents enjoy easy and convenient access to all the thrills and frills of Central Florida, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Disney Springs, and all of the fantastic restaurants and nightlife along International Drive. Celebration is also just over an hour from the beaches on Florida’s east coast and only two hours from Clearwater Beach on the west coast. Within the beautiful villages of Celebration, residents enjoy neighborhoods with resort-style amenities. The day can begin with a brisk walk or jog along a local trail or a workout at the fitness center. Then, it’s off to the Town Center to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting in a rocker on the lakeside promenade. Afternoons are perfect for hanging out at the pool or having lunch with friends at a local cafe. Families are often seen at the parks walking their dogs, having picnics, or just letting the kids run off some energy and play with friends.

Located in the heart of Central Florida, the town of Celebration has a lot to offer in terms of dining, entertainment, and shopping. Residents are only a short drive from incredible restaurants, bars, clubs, and entertainment venues found in Orlando, plus there are many fantastic venues right in Celebration. 

The Celebration Town Tavern is a casual and family-friendly restaurant in Celebration’s Town Center. The Tavern features an extensive menu of American favorites and fresh seafood. Columbia Restaurant Celebration provides a unique and romantic dining experience with its award-winning Spanish-Cuban cuisine and old-world-style setting. You can dine in or enjoy your meal in the outdoor courtyard. For a sophisticated lakeside dinner, head to the iconic Grand Bohemian Hotel on the beautiful Lake Rianhard. Other notable Celebration favorites include the retro Downtown Diner Celebration, Imperium Food and Wine, Ari Sushi, Fortuna Bakery and Cafe, and Maple Street Biscuit Company.

Entertainment venues galore are located only minutes from Celebration. World-class fun, entertainment, and amusement are found at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. If you are looking for fantastic music and nightlife, just head to International Drive. You’ll find amazing venues like the Tin Roof, Howl at the Moon Orlando, Ole Red, and the Improv Comedy Club. The House of Blues Orlando and Riverboat Square are located at Disney Springs. 

If you enjoy shopping, Celebration will not disappoint. In the heart of the community is the Celebration Town Center, where you will find many fantastic shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, treat shops, and coffee shops. The Town Center is also the location of a weekly Farmer’s Market, where you can find fresh fruits, vegetables, crafts, and specialty food items. With just a short drive up to Disney Springs, you’ll be treated to additional upscale shopping options.

Celebration is a beautiful, family-friendly, and tight-knit community. In addition to being very close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and all of the entertainment and shopping venues along International Drive and at Disney Springs, residents of Celebration have a lot going on right in the heart of town. 

The Celebration Lakeside Park has a fantastic pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a walking trail, and playgrounds. The lakefront promenade is a picturesque spot for a stroll or to relax in a shaded rocking chair and enjoy the view. Celebration has parks in almost every community, including Spring Park, East Crescent Park, Memorial Garden, Blue Sage Park, Malvern Hill Park, Arbor Park, Hippodrome Park, Founders Park, and Veranda Park. Golfers in the community can enjoy a day on the links at the Celebration Golf Club or drive to any of the nearby exclusive country clubs.
